Cleanse Burn
Will the Jillian Michaels JumpStart 14 Day Cleanse & Burn, have ME going to the restroom all day or not?
I just bought it today at Walmart, but it mentions the word detox and cleanse, and I am thinking I will be going to the bathroom a lot. Anybody else tried this lil’ kit? I just need to lose 10 lbs. and YES I am working out to her 30 day shred DVD with 3 lb weights. Thank you for your help, only serious responses please.
I’m on day 5 of 7 and No i have not ran to the bathroom all day long. It’s not harsh at all..
