It’s surprising what a lucrative business dietary supplements are today. Americans spend literally billions on vitamins, protein powders, herbal products, and things such as these. But is anyone getting any healthier? Are people losing weight because of these products or are they just draining wallets? What is the truth behind dietary supplements and a person’s overall health?
The answer is that there is no easy answer! Many dietary supplements are helpful in many different ways and some seem to have no effect whatsoever.
