You have coronary heart disease,(CHD) which is when your small blood vessels that transport the blood and oxygen to your heart have narrowed. CHD is the major cause of death for both men and women in America.

Coronary Heart Disease is a result of plaque accumulating along walls of the artery which causes an obstruction in the flow of blood to your heart putting it under stress. Your first step should be toreduce cholesterol in your diet. Hopefully you have caught it before you are in need of more complicated treatment.

Even if you have developed Chronic Heart Disease, it’s never too late to start trying some precautionary measures by adding omega 3 in your diet. One of the best ways to keep from developing heart disease in the first place is to reduce the amount of the saturated fat in your diet and include more omega 3 rich foods.
